I thought I was dead in the water. I was in my mid
thirties, working from home and gaining weight on a daily basis. No
matter what I did, I seemed to have gained more weight and my health was
declining. Also, my clothes where getting tighter each day. I had the stress of starting and running my own business
while still having to put food on the table and pay the bills. I was a
mess!
I knew I had to start working out again, but I
didn't want to do the same thing. I needed something different.
Something that will make exercise interesting and challenging. So in the
hopes of adding more activity to my Jabba the Hut lifestyle, I found the
Turbulence Training program.
So if you want to get active again and make a true
change in your lifestyle, you should read the rest of this article.
Turbulence training in nutshell is
an e-book written by Craig Ballantyne that shows a unique approach to
exercising by performing high intensity
exercise for a short duration of time followed by low intensity exercise.
High intensity exercise is used to push your body a little further while
low intensity exercise is used to recover from the high intensity
exercise.
Turbulence training is most beneficial for your body if you want to burn fat and get in shape.
Interval training is not your typical workout program you may
have been seeing from the main stream market. Forget about taking it slow
and putting in ton of time to get the results you deserve. The
turbulence training book shows that you can work out in less time and get the
results you want.

While interval training is fun to
do, you can melt fat off your body at a fast pace. The training in
Turbulence Training itself is
intense and it is something that you should not take lightly. You need to
know how to get started.......the right way.
Craig Ballantyne is a certified strength and
conditioning coach. You may have heard of him. He has written many
articles for magazines such as Men’s Health and Muscle and Fitness Hers.
Craig wrote Turbulence Training because he
saw a need for quick effective, scientific fat loss work out plans we all have been
lacking the
last few years. He knew his way of training is better way of training for
people on the go and he
wanted to share that.
Turbulence Training workouts are designed for you to
lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger, and still get out workouts done in
under an hour and you work out 3 days per week.
When I first bought Turbulence
Training I
was very skeptical. However, I was intrigued with the first paragraph of
his web site that mentions
that he can help with:
-
losing fat as quickly as
possible without leaving the house
-
provide simple workouts
that can easily be done first thing in the morning or after my kids
go to bed
-
saying good-bye to endless
hours of cardio, fancy equipment or expensive supplements
OK I am sold. As a computer
consultant who works endless hours I had to take a chance and read the
book. As it turns out I was able to
read the book and start Turbulence Training the day I purchased it. The
book is a quick read with no fluff so be ready to start working out
because it lays out the workout programs for you. I
have been lifting weights for over 10 years and I found Ballantyne's
workouts very challenging.
Not only are these workouts are engaging and I actually enjoy
them. In fact I could not complete the Turbulence Training workouts exactly as they where
presented until about a month of training. I was surprised about
how quickly my body got in shape with such short workouts. If you’re over 35 you’ll
appreciate challenging yourself.
If you are a beginning weight lifter, you’ll find
plenty of exercises explained with pictures at the end of the book. Also,
the book provides workouts specifically designed for beginners.
I give
Turbulence Training
my highest recommendation because I really found the authors approach to
be refreshing. As I go through these workouts I think about how
challenging they are and how enjoyable it is when I complete them. So if
you want to start an exercise program, this is the book to get.

Note: It is highly recommended you see a doctor before starting
any exercise program. Contact Information:
